Join the 10-Day No Snacking Challenge!

Cutting out snacks is basically the first step towards fasting. 

It also has various health benefits on its own.  

To help you get started, I’ve set up a 10-day no snacking challenge

Basically, you score points by doing “mini-fasts” (between meals), or overnight fasts (after dinner, until breakfast the next day).  

If you’re not sure how to start, don’t worry!  I’ve got you covered:

  1. I’ll send you regular emails to walk you through the process, step-by-step 
  2. I’ll share support resources (blogs, podcasts, etc) to educate and inspire you as you go along
  3. I’ll provide A PDF scoresheet, so you can keep track of your progress 

By going through the 10-day challenge, you’ll be well on your way to healthier eating habits.  

It’s also a great springboard towards using intermittent fasting for better health.
